The U.S. Military is reportedly tracking and surveilling a North Korean ship, the Kang Nam, believed to be transporting illicit technologies or weapons according to CNN. This is obviously, to all but Kim Jong-Il and his accomplices in Pyongyang, a clear violation of the United Nation Security Council resolutions, the ones with “Teeth that will bite” passed just last week.
“This is the first suspected “proliferator” according to Fox News, “that the U.S. and its allies have tracked from North Korea since the United Nations authorized the world’s navies to enforce compliance with a variety of U.N. sanctions aimed at punishing North Korea for its recent nuclear test.”
With a Japanese news report of a possible North Korean long range missile launch that could reach Hawaii, coupled with the “vehicle activity” at a ballistic missile launch facility, Secretary Gates, Secretary Clinton and the Obama administration are clearly increasing their verbal warnings to North Korea that they are going to be held accountable.
A Provocateur or Proliferator?
Agitator or an Arms Dealer?
At what stage will the United Nations Security Council realize that it is too late, that we have waited too long to prevent a serious Point of No Return with Pyongyang?
