Iranian Interior Minister Sadeq Mahsouli, complained to the Fars News Agency on Wednesday that the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency is financially assisting the “rioters” and that “Britain, America and the Zionist regime (Israel) were behind” the recent turmoil on the streets of Tehran.

What’s a ton of busted up concrete going for these days? Mortar against mortars, what’s the bottom dollar line?
